Self-guidedA do-it-yourself plan a few minutes from the hostel. Ask us about boats, snorkelling or fishing and we’ll tell you what’s available.
Taganga beach is the heart of the village: sun, a sunset beer, calm water and sports such as snorkelling and kayaking, according to Santa Marta’s official guide.
Playa Grande is about a 20-minute walk over the hill or roughly 10 minutes by boat, with clear water and seafood restaurants. Further on is Sisiguaca, a fishermen’s beach with colourful corals for snorkelling.
Boats, snorkelling and fishing: boats leave Taganga for other beaches and for sectors of Tayrona. We don’t publish an operator, schedule or price because they change; message us with your date and group and we’ll confirm what’s on.
“We present you the 7 essential beaches of Taganga! And of course there are many more, little hidden beaches where you can snorkel, sunbathe or enjoy a fried fish lunch in front of the sea!”See the post on Instagram(opens in a new tab)
